Troy earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2021 where he graduated with honors ranking in the top 1/3 of his class. Before attending law school Troy attended Ferris State University (Big Rapids, MI) where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Before joining Florin Gray, Troy practiced employment law defense for a national law firm representing a variety of local, regional, and national businesses in civil litigation.

Now Troy brings that knowledge and expertise to obtain successful outcomes for Plaintiff’s and finds fulfillment in helping real people solve their legal challenges when they are in need.

Troy’s dedication to advocacy extends beyond his legal endeavors. Troy has served on the Board of Directors for the National Bleeding Disorder Foundation, passionately advocating for patients diagnosed with rare bleeding disorders. Troy’s commitment goes beyond boardroom discussions; annually, he speaks at national conferences, lending his voice to raise awareness and patient advocacy. Additionally, annually Troy advocates at both the state and federal levels of government regarding patients’ rights concerning rare and inherited bleeding disorders.

Additionally, Troy serves as a mentor in the Big Brother Big Sister program of Tampa Bay. He provides guidance and support to young individuals, fostering meaningful relationships that empower them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

In Troy’s personal life he enjoys spending time outdoors playing recreational sports and exploring nature’s wonders whether it be hiking, biking, or paddleboarding.
